Terms of Business

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that either the buyer or seller suffer as a result of our introduction.

The sale is conducted between the buyer and seller. The buyer and seller are responsible for satisfying themselves with all aspects of the terms of the sale prior to its completion. Importantly we make no representations as to the suitability or soundness of the horse.

We introduce buyers to sellers. If a sale successfully occurs between a buyer and seller that we have introduced, a commission payment is due and payable to us. It is the responsibility of the seller to pay us this commission. The amount of the commission is 10% of the sale price.

Insurance is always the responsibility of the owner.
